Vocational Trainer – Foundation Skills  A rare opportunity to work in a skilled education team alongside military personnel, physical trainers and mentoring staff.  We educate and prepare Indigenous students for various career pathways within the Army.  The AIDP program is pre requisite specific for Indigenous recruits to enter into mainstream Army recruitment.  https://esisg.com/aidp/  In the AIDP program we deliver a Certificate II Skills for Work and Vocational Education over a 14-week period (with 2 weeks break during the program) twice a year.  We also deliver multiple four-week Foundation Skill Sets for soldiers encompassing four contextualised units of competency.    Both programs focus on building individual agency, confidence and competence within a culturally inclusive and explorative environment.
