Collar Group is currently accepting expressions of interest for experienced Development Assessment Officers to join their local Council in Sydney. These positions are available in order to respond to the changing needs of the local communities. Salary will be negotiated based on experience - starting at $80,000 per annum plus superannuation. About the role: You will play a crucial role in assessing, evaluating and processing a variety of complex development applications in accordance with Councils regulations, policies and guidelines. The primary focus is the assessment and input to development proposals with regard to their potential impact on the natural, built and social environment with specific consideration to matters relating to development.
