Overview As the Art Outsource Manager, you will work with the internal team leads to help manage the assets being developed by external vendors.

A Snapshot As Cost Director (based either in Sydney or Singapore) reporting to our Head of Cost, you will work closely with the rest of the Development team, making an impact in a number of ways: Lead all aspects of construction estimates and build costs that are business-critical for our hyper-scale data centre projects in Asia Pacific Region Develop and document costs/estimating to phase & project objectives and results Your Day to Day Work closely with regional General Contractors and QS partners to deliver construction estimates to approved cost, time, and quality measures and own the development of these measures for the program Clearly communicate any construction cost constraints to the project team Collaborate with Engineering Technology & Procurement (OSE) to create and drive detailed cost plans Accountable for maintaining construction budgets within their program, speak to and provide an explanation of the overall cost structure.
